What is TAXICITY.net and to whom is it directed?

TAXICITY.net is a web of planned services of taxi in order to transfer throughout Madrid and the environs, directed to individuals and companies.

What benefits may I have if I register myself like user?

As a registered user in TAXICITY.net you will benefit all the supplies and promotions that are available.

To be a user you only must click
here or in the option "Create one" of the registry, fill up and send your data. We will respond to you by means of a message so that you activate your account of user and at the same time we will proceed to verify that the direction of electronic mail that you provide to us is correct.
Once this is made, you will have access to your user account in TAXICITY.net.

What services does TAXICITY.net offer?

How can I ask for a taxi reserve?

In order to ask for a taxi reserve, you must simply follow the following steps:

 1. Access the form of reserves request, for it, you click
here or in the option "Reserves" of the index.

 2. Once the form is filled in, you will have to indicate a contact name, your e-mail address, the reference of the service, origin and destiny of the transfer, date and hour of the service, a telephone number, and any commentary that you consider to be relevant.

 3. Send the reserve request, and as soon as possible, we will confirm the availability of the service to you.

How long of advance do I have to ask for a taxi reserve with?

The reserve must be done, at least, 12 hours ahead. This is the advance recommended in order to make sure the availability of the requested service.

How is my request of reserve confirmed?

The customer attention service will manage your request as soon as possible, in order to confirm the availability of the service, and an e-mail will be sent to the address you provided at the moment of the reserve request.

How and to whom do I have to pay the service of taxi?

The amount of the service will be paid to the driver of the vehicle once the trip has finished.

The payment means are: cash, with credit card or through the mobile, if the vehicle has these devices.

How may I use the discount coupons?

In order to make the discount, you have to print the coupon and to show it to the taxi driver at the moment of paying the service.

Remember that when you ask for the reserve, we will send an e-mail to you in order to confirm the availability of the service in relation to the vehicles associated to TAXICITY.net network. If, for some reason, it is necessary to derive the service to other taxi network, the discount coupon will not have validity.

Do standard fares exist?

No, they doesn't. The valid fares are those that are effective from the 0:00 hours of January 1st 2006. The taximeter will be set to "Occupied" once travellers and their luggage are in the vehicle.
